摘要
在混动钢轨车的后期调试及维护过程中,针对升级多个程序时需拆除挡板,连接各自通信端口,使用各自软件操作导致费时费力的问题,提出了一种可同时升级DSP和FPGA程序的方法。介绍了目前产品采用升级程序的方法,根据DSP和FPGA均需存储在FLASH中这一特性,分别设计了底层程序和上位机程序,并给出了程序设计流程图,经过在产品上测试,证实该方法有效。该方法实现了远程升级DSP和FPGA程序,避免了改动硬件,保障了原有产品可靠性,缩短了维护时间,节省了大量时间和人力资源成本。
In the late debugging and maintenance process of hybrid rail car,a method of upgrading DSP and FPGA program is proposed to solve the problems of removing baffles,connecting communication ports and using separate software to upgrade multiple programs.According to the feature that DSP and FPGA need to be stored in FLASH,the underlying program and the upper computer program are designed respectively,and the program design flow chart is given.After testing on the product,the method is proved to be effective.This method realizes the remote upgrade of DSP and FPGA program,avoids the modification of hardware,guarantees the reliability of original products,shortens the maintenance time,and saves a lot of time and human resources cost.
