摘要
新能源电力企业的数字化转型提高了电力系统的效率和可靠性,推动了客户服务模式的创新,为电力企业带来了机遇的同时,也带来了包括技术更新的复杂性、数据安全和隐私问题、员工技能缺乏以及文化和组织结构的调整等诸多挑战。因此,新能源电力企业在推进数字化转型的进程中,需要不断适应和创新,不断完善其数字化战略,以在未来的能源市场中保持领导地位。
The digital transformation of new energy power companies improves the efficiency and reliability of the power system,drives innovation in customer service models,and brings opportunities,but also many challenges,including the complexity of updating technology,data security and privacy issues,lack of employee skills,and cultural and organisational restructuring.Therefore,new energy power companies need to adapt and innovate as they move forward with digital transformation and continuously improve their digital strategies to maintain their leadership position in the future energy market.
