D公司柔性作业车间调度优化研究

摘要 以D公司柔性作业车间作为研究对象,以最小化最大完工时间、最小化机器负载和最小化机器能耗为目标建立优化模型,并采用改进的NSGA-II算法进行求解,得出优化后的调度方案。与优化前方案相比,完工时间缩短了7.68%,机器负载减少了17.7%,总能耗减少了11.39%,提高了企业的生产效益,可以为企业制定高效的调度方案提供一定的参考。 Taking the flexible workshop of Company D as the research object,an optimization model is established with the objectives of minimizing the maximum completion time,minimizing the machine load and minimizing the energy consumption of the machine,and the improved NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the problem,which results in the optimized scheduling plan.Compared with the pre-optimization scheme,the completion time is shortened by 7.68%,the machine load is reduced by 17.7%,and the total energy consumption is reduced by 11.39%,which improves the production efficiency of the enterprise,and it can provide a certain reference for the enterprise to formulate the efficient scheduling scheme.
