近年来,县委、县政府高度重视民营经济发展,深化“放管服”改革,加强体制机制建设,加大政策落实力度,健全公共服务体系,着力打造一流营商环境,推动全县民营工业经济实现持续健康发展。在对桂阳县园区民营工业企业进行深入调研的基础上,理性探寻对策建议,为工业经济高质量发展提出拙见。

In recent years,the county party commitee and government have attached great importance to the development of the private economy,deepened the reform of"streamlining administration,delegating powers,and improving services",strengthened the construction of institutional mechanisms,increased policy implementation,improved the public service system,focused on creating a first-class business environment,and promoted the sustained and healthy development of the private industrial economy in the entire county.On the basis of in-depth research on private industrial enterprises in the park of Guiyang County,this article rationally explores countermeasures and suggestions,and puts forward my humble opinions on high-quality industrial economy.
