石家庄市生物医药产业高质量发展研究

石家庄市生物医药产业基础雄厚,政策导向明确有力,有国家重大战略牵引,中药材资源丰富;但也存在人才紧缺、前沿领域原始创新能力不足、高校支撑医药产业发展不足、产业结构发展不平衡等发展短板。本文通过剖析石家庄市生物医药产业发展的优势和劣势,并结合国情、行情和市情,从打造产业链、做强人才链、整合创新链、优化服务链等四方面入手,有针对性地为石家庄市生物医药产业高质量发展提供对策建议。

Shijiazhuang has a strong foundation of biomedical industry,clear and strong policy orientation,national major strategic traction,and rich resources of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs;however,there is also a shortage of talents,insufficient original innovation capacity in frontier areas,insufficient support for the development of the pharmaceutical industry by universities,and unbalanced development of the industrial structure and other shortcomings in the development of biomedical industry.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Shijiazhuang's biomedical industry are analysed.Combined with national,market and city conditions,it provides countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of Shijiazhuang's biomedical industry from the four aspects of building the industrial chain,strengthening the talent chain,integrating the innovation chain and optimizing the service chain.
