摘要
在普通高校一年级学生的武术课教学中,将传统教学法、表象训练法、表象训练结合传统教学三种教学方法分别运用到6个教学班中进行两轮试验研究,对教学结果进行互相对比统计研究。结果表明,普通大学一年级学生在初学武术时,传统教学法和表象训练教学法均不如表象训练结合传统教学的教学法效果明显。该实验研究为高校体育教师研究如何提高武术初学者熟练掌握动作技术提供了参考依据。
This article is concerned with the problem of how to apply the representation training on the basis of two rounds of experiments to the WuShu teaching class for the first-year students: Six groups of students carry out the new experiments in three different teaching methods-the traditional, representation training and the mixture of the traditional and representation The analysis of the experiments shows: the first -year students as beginners adopting the mixture of the traditional teaching method and the representation training have done far better in WuShu learning than those using the traditional teaching method and the representation training respectively. The findings give our physical college teachers important references on how to improve the action skills of WuShu beginners.
