摘要 供应链管理在建设工程中非常关键,特别是在当前建筑项目日益复杂和竞争加剧的背景下。文章探讨了自动化和智能化技术在供应链管理中的应用,包括自动化仓储和运输系统、人工智能和机器学习应用,以及无人机和自动驾驶技术。这些技术的引入有助于提高供应链的效率,降低成本,减少错误,以及优化物流流程,从而对建设工程项目的成功实施产生积极影响。通过采用这些创新技术,建筑行业可以更好地满足不断变化的市场需求,提高其竞争力,同时也为可持续发展做出贡献。 Supply chain management is very critical in construction projects,especially in the context of increasingly complex and competitive construction projects.This paper discusses the application of automation and intelligent technology in supply chain management,including automated storage and transportation systems,artificial intelligence and machine learning applications,as well as UAV and autopilot technology.The introduction of these technologies helps to improve the efficiency of the supply chain,reduce costs,reduce errors,and optimize the logistics process,which has a positive impact on the successful implementation of construction projects.By adopting these innovative technologies,the construction industry can better meet the changing market demand,improve competitiveness,and contribute to sustainable development.
