摘要
随着建筑行业市场竞争的不断加剧,施工企业利润空间逐渐变小。为提高企业经济效益,文章先简单介绍了施工企业项目的成本构成,然后以某建筑工程项目为例,从成本管控组织建设、责任划分以及考核奖惩等方面,深入探讨了建筑施工企业项目成本管控工作,从而促进了相关企业的持续发展。
With the continuous intensification of market competition in the construction industry,the profit margin of construction enterprises is gradually decreasing.In order to improve the economic benefits of enterprises,the article first briefly introduces the cost composition of construction enterprise projects.Then,taking a certain construction project as an example,it deeply explores the cost control work of construction enterprise projects from the aspects of cost control organization,responsibility division,and assessment rewards and punishments,thereby promoting the sustainable development of related enterprises.
