大兴灌渠进水闸现场安全鉴定现状及解决策略分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Solution Strategies for On-site Safety Appraisal of the Daxing Irrigation Canal Inlet Gate

大兴灌渠进水闸位于丰台区永定河左堤,卢沟桥下游左岸354 m,主要用于引永定河水灌溉大兴区农田和流域范围内规划建设用地雨水排放功能。永定河大兴灌渠进水闸于1965年投入使用,2003年进行了改建,自改建以来未进行过安全鉴定。为了保证水闸安全运行,根据水建管[2008]214号《水闸全鉴定管理办法》和SL214-2015《水闸安全评价导则》开展永定河大兴灌渠进水闸是十分必要的。文章通过土石建筑物现场检查、混凝土结构安全检查、金属结构检查、机电设备检查、其他方面检查五个方面对大兴灌渠进水闸现场进行了安全鉴定和分析,并提出了相关对策。

Daxing irrigation canal intake gate is located at the left bank of Yongding River in Fengtai district,354 m from the left bank of Lugou bridge downstream.It is mainly used to divert Yongding River to irrigate farmland in Daxing District and to discharge rainwater from planned construction land within the basin.The Daxing irrigation canal intake gate of Yongding River was put into use in 1965 and rebuilt in 2003.Since the reconstruction,no safety appraisal has been conducted.In order to ensure the safe operation of the sluice,it is necessary to carry out the Daxing irrigation canal inlet sluice of Yongding River according to the measures for the administration of sluice full appraisal(SJG[2008]No.214)and sl214-2015 guidelines for sluice safety assessment.This paper carries out safety appraisal and analysis on the site of Daxing irrigation canal intake gate from five aspects:site inspection of earth rock buildings,safety inspection of concrete structure,metal structure inspection,mechanical and electrical equipment inspection,and other inspections,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
