系统性干预对白血病患者心理状态、自我护理能力及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of systemic intervention on mental state,self-care ability and sleep quality in patients with leukemia

目的探讨系统性干预对白血病患者心理状态、自我护理能力及睡眠质量的影响。方法根据干预方法的不同将102例白血病患者分为对照组(n=51,常规干预)和观察组(n=51,系统性干预)。比较两组患者的心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我护理能力[自我护理能力量表(ESCA)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]和满意度。结果干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均低于本组干预前,观察组患者SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者ESCA各维度评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者ESCA各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论系统性干预可改善白血病患者的心理状态,提高患者的自我护理能力、睡眠质量和满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of systemic intervention on mental state,self-care ability and sleep quality in patients with leukemia.Method A total of 102 patients with leukemia were divided into control group(n=51,conventional intervention)and observation group(n=51,systemic intervention)according to different intervention methods.The mental state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],self-care ability[exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of ESCA in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of each dimension of ESCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic intervention can improve the mental state of leukemia patients,improve patients’self-care ability,sleep quality and satisfaction.
