健脾消浊方联合揿针治疗脾虚湿阻型向心性肥胖的效果

Effect of Jianpi Xiaozhuo Prescription combined with press needle in the treatment of central obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type

目的探讨健脾消浊方联合揿针治疗脾虚湿阻型向心性肥胖(CO)的效果。方法选取2021年3月至12月于北京中医药大学第三附属医院治未病中心、体检中心就诊或体检的脾虚湿阻型CO患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组给予健康教育治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予健脾消浊方联合揿针治疗,均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后肥胖指标、腹部脂肪厚度、中医证候积分、生化指标及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组体重指数、腰围低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组脐上皮下脂肪、脐上内脏脂肪、脐下皮下脂肪、脐下内脏脂肪厚度低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖水平低于治疗前,且治疗组甘油三酯、空腹血糖低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾消浊方联合揿针治疗脾虚湿阻型CO临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Xiaozhuo Prescription combined with press needle in the treatment of central obesity(CO)of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type.Methods A total of 70 CO patients with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type who received medical treatment or physical examination at the Preventive Treatment of Disease Center,Physical Examination Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from March to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given health education treatment,and the treatment group was given Jianpi Xiaozhuo Prescription combined with press needle treatment on the basis of the control group,all of which were treated for three months.Obesity index,abdominal fat thickness,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,biochemical index,and clinical effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the body mass index and waist circumference of two groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of umbilical subcutaneous fat,umbilical visceral fat,suboumbilical subcutaneous fat,and suboumbilical visceral fat in two groups was lower than before treatment,and those in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and those of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,and fasting blood glucose in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the triglyceride and fasting blood glucose in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jianpi Xiaozhuo Prescription and press needle has a significant clinical effect on treating CO of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type.
