小规模限制性在线课程联合虚拟仿真实验技术在药物分析实验教学中的应用

摘要 药物分析是一门重要的药学专业课程,在新药研发、药品生产过程中的质量控制、临床药物分析、体内药物分析等发挥了重要作用。药物分析实验是药物分析教学很重要的组成部分,是对理论的有力补充。长期以来,药物分析实验教学中存在教学资源及课程时长有限等问题,利用虚拟仿真技术,笔者提出基于小规模限制性在线课程的虚实结合实验教学模式。本文以液质联用仪为例,探讨混合式教学模式下将虚拟仿真技术与仪器实物教学有效衔接,弥补现实教学的不足,大大提高实训教学的效果。 Pharmaceutical analysis is an important professional course for pharmaceutical speciality,which plays an important role in the research,and development of new drugs,quality control of drug production process,clinical drug analysis and in vivo drug analysis and so on.Drug analysis experiment is a crucial part of pharmaceutical analysis teaching,which is a powerful supplement to the theory.For a long time,there are problems of limited teaching resources and course’s length in pharmaceutical analysis experimental teaching.Using virtual simulation technology,the author proposes a combination of virtuality and actuality experimental teaching mode based on small private online course.This paper takes liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometry as an example to explore the effective connection between virtual simulation technology,and instrument object teaching in the hybrid teaching mode,which can make up for the shortage of real teaching and greatly improve the effectiveness of practical training teaching.
