失重性肌萎缩现代研究进展和在轨穴位刺激防治策略

摘要 目前,我国已完成了载人航天“三步走”的发展战略。中国载人航天工程开启了空间站应用与发展阶段性任务的新篇章,这对维护航天员健康的能力提出了更高要求。长时间的失重将导致骨骼肌尤其是抗重力肌发生肌萎缩,其主要原因是失重导致骨骼肌蛋白质的合成减少、分解增加。本文根据中医理论对失重性肌萎缩发生的病因、病机进行分析讨论,并对其发生的可能机制进行综述,强调建立基于中医穴位理论的在轨穴位刺激防护技术体系的重要性。在此基础上研发的具有中国特色的新型防护措施,可成为中医对我国失重生理效应防护技术的特殊贡献。 At present,China has completed the“three-step”development strategy of manned space flight.China’s manned space flight program has opened a new chapter in the application and development of the space station,which puts higher requirements on the ability to maintain the health of astronauts.Prolonged weightlessness will lead to muscle atrophy,especially in anti-gravity muscle,and the main reason is that weightlessness leads to reduced synthesis and increased decomposition of skeletal muscle protein.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of weightless muscular atrophy are analyzed and discussed according to the traditional Chinese medicine theory,and the possible mechanism is reviewed.The importance of establishing the technical system of on-orbit acupoint stimulation and protection based on the acupoint of traditional Chinese medicine theory is emphasized.On this basis,the new protective measures developed with Chinese characteristics can be a special contribution of traditional Chinese medicine to the protection technology of weightlessness physiological effects in China.
