磁共振扩散张量成像技术在2型糖尿病并发症中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 2型糖尿病(T2DM)是以血糖异常为主要特征的慢性代谢性疾病,发病率高,病程长,严重影响患者生活质量。长期血糖增高,容易使大血管、微血管受损,造成眼、肾、神经、心脏、血管等多种组织器官功能障碍甚至衰竭,出现严重并发症。T2DM并发症对人类健康危害极大,是多数患者死亡或者残疾的主要原因。因此,早期诊断和鉴别对指导治疗至关重要。磁共振扩散张量成像技术(DTI)对于描绘组织微观结构具有独特优势,在糖尿病肾病、糖尿病周围神经病变及糖尿病视网膜病变等并发症中被广泛应用,已取得较好成果。本文就DTI技术在T2DM并发症中的应用进行综述,以期为临床诊治提供新思路。 Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a chronic metabolic disease mainly characterized by blood glucose abnormalities,with high incidence and long duration,seriously affecting patients’quality of life.Prolonged elevation of blood glucose can easily lead to damage to the large vessels and microvessels,resulting in multiple tissue and organ dysfunction or even failure of the eyes,kidneys,nerves,heart,blood vessels,and other tissues and organs,and the emergence of serious complications.T2DM complications are extremely hazardous to human health,and they are the main cause of death or disability for the majority of patients.Therefore,early diagnosis and identification are crucial to guide treatment.Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)has unique advantages for depicting tissue microstructure,and has been widely used in diabetic nephropathy,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and diabetic retinopathy,among other complications,and has achieved good results.This paper summarizes the research progress of DTI technique in T2DM complications,to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
