乙酰半胱氨酸联合丙卡特罗、阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果及对炎性因子的影响

摘要 目的探讨乙酰半胱氨酸联合丙卡特罗、阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果及对炎性因子的影响。方法择取2020年6月至2022年6月于我院就诊的84例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用丙卡特罗、阿奇霉素序贯疗法,观察组在对照组基础上增加乙酰半胱氨酸。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为90.48%,高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的气动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、用力肺活量(FVC)以及呼气峰值流速(PEF)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸联合丙卡特罗、阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎不仅能提高临床治疗效果,还能有效抑制炎性因子,减轻炎症损伤,对于改善患儿通气及肺功能具有积极作用,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of acetylcysteine combined with procaterol and azithromycin sequential therapy on Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and its influences on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 84 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.The children were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given procaterol and azithromycin sequential therapy,and the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.48%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),oxygen saturation of blood(SaO_(2)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acetylcysteine combined with procaterol and azithromycin sequential therapy for Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can not only improve the clinical treatment effect,but also effectively inhibit inflammatory factors,reduce inflammatory damage,and has a positive effect on improving ventilation and lung function in children.It is worth promoting.
