摘要
目的分析急诊检验引入生化流水线系统对日常工作效率的影响及其可行性,探讨其在实验室的应用与管理情况。方法于2023年3月采用便利抽样的方法得到100份待测样本,将其分为实验组和对照组。实验组样本检测过程在生化流水线上进行,对照组样本检测由专业技术人员手工完成。比较两组的样本人工操作步骤、分析时间及异常样本复测情况。另外选取启用生化流水线前(2022年1月至9月)、启用生化流水线后(2023年1月至9月)检测样本量,比较样本检测和危急值上报的检测周转时间(TAT)。结果对照组每个分析步骤都需人工操作,实验组人工操作步骤减少55.56%。两组的加样时间、检测时间均值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生化流水线应用后,样本检测TAT合格率提高6.73%,危急值上报TAT合格率提高9.19%。结论急诊检验生化流水线可提高实验室检测效率,减轻人工工作负荷,提升质量控制的稳定性。
Objective To analyze the influence and feasibility of introducing biochemical assembly line system into emergency laboratory on daily work efficiency,and to explore its application and management in laboratory.Methods In March 2023,100 samples to be tested were obtained by convenient sampling method,which were divided into experimental group and control group.The sample testing process of the experimental group was carried out on the biochemical assembly line,and the sample testing of the control group was completed manually by professional technicians.The manual operation steps,analysis time of samples and abnormal sample retest of the two groups were compared.In addition,the sample size before the application of biochemical assembly line(January to September 2022)and after the application of biochemical assembly line(January to September 2023)was selected,and the turn-around time(TAT)of sample detection and critical value reporting was compared.Results Each analysis step in the control group needed manual operation,and the manual operation steps in the experimental group reduced by 55.56%.There were statistically significant differences in the mean values of sampling time and detection time between the two groups(P<0.05).After the application of biochemical assembly line,the qualified rate of TAT in sample detection increased by 6.73%,and the qualified rate of TAT reported by critical value increased by 9.19%.Conclusion The emergency laboratory biochemical assembly line can improve the efficiency of laboratory testing,reduce the manual workload,and promote the stability of quality control.
