康复新液治疗慢性牙周炎患者的效果

Effects of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis

目的:观察康复新液治疗慢性牙周炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2023年8月该院收治的72例慢性牙周炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组与研究组各36例。两组均行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊联合阿莫西林胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用康复新液治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后牙周相关指标[龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)]水平、龈沟液炎性因子[白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.22%(35/36),高于对照组的77.77%(28/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SBI、PLI、PD水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组MMP-2、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规药物基础上采用康复新液治疗慢性牙周炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低牙周相关指标和龈沟液炎性因子水平,其效果优于单纯人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊联合阿莫西林胶囊治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods:The clinical data of 72 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into control group and study group,36 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Galculus bovis and Metronidazole capsules combined with Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets,while the study group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the periodontal related indexes[posterior sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),periodontal probing depth(PD)]levels,the gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors[interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.22%(35/36),which was higher than 77.77%(28/36)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of SBI,PLI and PD in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-2,IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of conventional drugs,Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of the chronic periodontitis patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the levels of periodontal related indexes and the levels of inflammatory factors in the gingival crevicular fluid.Moreover,it is superior to Galculus bovis and Metronidazole capsules combined with Amoxicillin treatment.
