摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的特点是肝细胞内过多的脂肪积累、肝组织炎症及细胞损伤。在NASH发展过程中,饱和脂肪酸(SFA)的积累被认为是主要病理机制之一,调节SFA的代谢能够缓解NASH的发生发展。该文对SFA的积累在NASH发病过程中的作用机制及相关药物研究进展进行整理与分析,以期为NASH的治疗提供参考依据。
Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)is characterized by excessive accumulation of fat in the liver cells,inflammation of the liver tissue,and cell damage.In the development of NASH,the accumulation of saturated fatty acids(SFA)is considered to be one of the main pathological mechanisms,and the regulation of SFA metabolism can alleviate the occurrence and development of NASH.In this paper,the mechanism of SFA accumulation in the pathogenesis of NASH and the research progress of related drugs were summarized and analyzed,in order to provide reference for the treatment of NASH.
