玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合奥洛他定治疗小儿过敏性结膜炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops Combined with Olopatadine in Treatment of Children with Allergic Conjunctivitis

目的:分析玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合奥洛他定治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎的效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2022年6月天津市儿童医院收治的过敏性结膜炎患儿60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予奥洛他定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。治疗后,两组畏光、流泪、异物感评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组泪膜破裂时间、试纸浸湿长度长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,两组角膜荧光素染色评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合奥洛他定治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎的效果显著,能够改善症状,提高泪膜稳定性,增加泪液分泌量,缓解角膜上皮损伤,且安全性较好。

Objective:To analyze the effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with olopatadine in the treatment of children with allergic conjunctivitis.Methods:A total of 60 children with allergic conjunctivitis who were admitted to Tianjin Children's Hospital from September 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olopatadine,and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).After treatment,the scores of photophobia,lacrimation and foreign body sensation in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the tear film breakup time and dipstick wetting length in the two groups were longer than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,while the corneal fluorescein staining score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with olopatadine have a significant effect in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in children,and can improve symptoms,improve tear film stability,increase tear secretion,alleviate corneal epithelial injury,and have good safety.
