甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖应用于老年糖尿病患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined with Acarbose Application in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖应用于老年糖尿病患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月天津市瑞京医院收治的76例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组接受胰岛素联合阿卡多糖治疗,观察组接受甘精胰岛素联合阿卡多糖治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胰岛素用量少于治疗前,且观察组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,两组体质量指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖应用于老年糖尿病患者的效果显著,能够较好地控制血糖水平,减少胰岛素用量,值得临床应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of insulin glargine combined with acarbose applied to elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:Selected seventy-six cases of elderly diabetic patients admitted to Tianjin Ruijing Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 as the study subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty-eight cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group received insulin combined with acarbose treatment,and the observation group received insulin glargine combined with acarbose treatment.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015);after treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the insulin dosage of the two groups was less than that before treatment,and the observation group was less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before and after treatment,the body mass index of the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus has significant effect,which can control the blood glucose level better and reduce the dosage of insulin,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
