个体化护理在胆结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Individualized Nursing Care in Perioperative Care of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Patients with Gallstones

目的:分析个体化护理在胆结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年5月滨州市中心医院收治的100例胆结石患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个体化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。护理后,两组各项疼痛评分、生活质量评分及负性情绪评分优于护理前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化护理在胆结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期护理中的应用效果显著,能够缓解疼痛,改善负性情绪,提高生活质量及满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of individualized nursing in perioperative care of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones.Methods:One hundred cases of gallstone patients admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with fifty cases.The control group implemented conventional nursing,and the observation group implemented individualized nursing.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012);after nursing,the pain scores,quality of life scores and negative emotion scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of individualized nursing in the perioperative care of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones patients has significant effect,which can relieve pain,improve negative emotions,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
