人性化护理在血液灌流患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing in the Care of Hemoperfusion Patients

目的:分析人性化护理在血液灌流患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年4月于东莞市虎门医院行血灌流治疗的60例肾脏疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、生活质量综合评定问卷、舒适度及睡眠质量评分优于干预前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在血液灌流患者护理中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者负性情绪、生活质量、舒适度及睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生率,提高满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in the care of hemoperfusion patients.Methods:Sixty patients with renal diseases who underwent hemoperfusion treatment in Dongguan Humen Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty cases.The control group implemented conventional care,and the observation group implemented humanized nursing.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale,Self-rating Depression Scale,Comprehensive Quality of Life Questionnaire,comfort and sleep quality scores of the two groups were better than those before the intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction with nursing care was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing in the care of hemoperfusion patients has significant effect,which can improve patients'negative emotions,quality of life,comfort and sleep quality,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve satisfaction.
