多学科护理团队会诊合作在重症疾病患者护理管理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Multidisciplinary Nursing Team Consultation and Cooperation in the Nursing Management of Patients with Critical Illnesses

目的:分析多学科护理团队会诊合作在重症疾病患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年6月甘肃省中医院收治的重症疾病患者68例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各34例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于多学科护理团队会诊合作的护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组护理管理能力评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理程序执行准确性、并发症预防及时性、健康教育全面性、护理服务主动性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。结论:多学科护理团队会诊合作在重症疾病患者护理管理中的应用效果显著,能够提高护理管理能力与质量评分,患者护理满意度高。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of multidisciplinary nursing team consultation and cooperation in the nursing management of patients with critical illness.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of patients with critical illnesses admitted to Gansu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,each with thirty-four cases.The control group implemented conventional nursing care,and the study group implemented nursing intervention based on multidisciplinary nursing team consultation and cooperation.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing care,the nursing management ability scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing care,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group in terms of the accuracy of the implementation of the nursing procedures,the timeliness of the prevention of complications,the comprehensiveness of the health education,and the proactiveness of the nursing service,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);nursing care satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).Conclusion:The application of multidisciplinary nursing team consultation and cooperation in the nursing management of patients with critical illnesses is remarkable,which can improve the nursing management ability and quality scores,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is high.
