微信平台联合思维导图在重症急性胰腺炎患者健康教育中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of WeChat Platform Combined with Mind Mapping in Health Education of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的:分析微信平台联合思维导图在重症急性胰腺炎患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2021年6月右江民族医学院附属医院收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用微信平台联合思维导图进行健康教育。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组疾病知识掌握率、各项复发风险因素认识率及自我效能评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微信平台联合思维导图在重症急性胰腺炎患者健康教育中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者疾病知识掌握率及对急性胰腺炎复发风险因素的认识率,增强患者自我效能。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of WeChat platform combined with mind mapping in the health education of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from December 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing care,and the observation group was given health education using WeChat platform combined with mind mapping on the basis of control group.The intervention effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the disease knowledge mastery rate,the awareness rate of various recurrence risk factors and the self-efficacy score in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:WeChat platform combined mind mapping has significant application effect in the health education of patients with severe acute pancreatitis,and can increase patients'disease knowledge mastery rate and the awareness rate of acute pancreatitis recurrence risk factors,and improve patients'self-efficacy.
