3C全程优质护理模式应用于医院消毒供应中心手术器械管理工作的效果分析

Effect Analysis of the Application of 3C Whole-process Quality Nursing Model to the Surgical Instrument Management in Hospital Sterilization Supply Center

目的:分析3C全程优质护理模式应用于医院消毒供应中心手术器械管理工作的效果。方法:选取2022年1—6月锦州医科大学附属第三医院消毒供应中心消毒的手术器械500件作为对照组,选取2022年7—12月的手术器械500件作为研究组,对照组实施常规管理,研究组实施3C全程优质护理。比较两组手术器械管理质量评分及清洁度。结果:研究组清洗、消毒、干燥、灭菌、包装、发放评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组手术室器械洁净度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:3C全程优质护理模式应用于医院消毒供应中心手术器械管理工作的效果显著,可以提高消毒供应中心手术器械的管理质量及洁净度,能够为医院消毒供应中心管理质量的提升提供参考。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the application of 3C whole-process quality nursing model to the surgical instrument management in hospital sterilization supply center.Methods:Five hundred surgical instruments sterilized in the Sterilization Supply Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and five hundred surgical instruments from July to December 2022 were selected as the study group;the control group implemented routine management,and the study group implemented the 3C whole-process quality nursing care.Compare the quality score of surgical instrument management and cleanliness of the two groups.Results:The scores of cleaning,disinfecting,drying,sterilizing,packaging,and issuing in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the cleanliness scores of surgical instruments in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of 3C wholeprocess quality care model to the management of surgical instruments in hospital sterilization supply center has significant effect,which can improve the management quality and cleanliness of surgical instruments in sterilization supply center,and can provide reference for the improvement of the management quality of hospital sterilization supply center.
