LYU Xiaodong′s Experience in Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules

总结吕晓东教授运用中医药治疗肺结节的临床经验和学术思想。吕晓东教授基于阳化气,阴成形的两个基本生理功能观,考察肺结节的发生、发展的病理环节,认为肺结节形成之机理复杂,病因纷繁,为阴分邪气积聚为肺,但病性基础变化总体以阳虚为关键,病理以气滞痰瘀胶着于肺络为核心。在肺络病的指导原则下,运用扶阳抑阴、通补肺络的手段,恢复阳主阴从,一气周流,肺络调和的生理状态,从而调复肺脏的异常功能状态、消弭肺结节的病理改变,恢复身心健康的目的,临床每获良效,具有推广应用的价值。

It it to summarize Professor LYU Xiaodong′s clinical experience and academic thoughts on the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.Based on the two basic physiological functions of Yang transforming Qi while Yin constituting form,professor LYU Xiaodong examined the pathological aspects of the occurrence and development of pulmonary nodules and concluded that the mechanism of pulmonary nodule formation is complex and the causes are diverse,as the accumulation of evil Qi in the Yin part of lung,but the overall change of the pathological basis is Yang deficiency as the key,and the pathology is centered on Qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation in lung collateral.Under the guiding principle of pulmonary nodules,the treatment apply the means of supporting Yang and suppressing Yin,and tonifying lung collateral to restore the physiological state of Yang dominating and Yin subordinating,the circumferential flow of Qi,and the harmonization of lung collateral,thus regulating the abnormal functional state of lung,eliminating the pathological changes of pulmonary nodules,and restoring physical and mental health.
