It is summarize the experience of Professor JIA Hongling in the treatment of ischemic stroke with acupuncture.Four aspects were analyzed,including acupuncture therapy,bloodletting cupping therapy,umbilical therapy and self-massage.Professor JIA Hongling is good at combining acupuncture and moxibustion therapy with bloodletting and cupping therapy,umbilical therapy and self-massage from a holistic perspective.She emphasizes the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,therapy for invigoration and purgation,and the treatment of both primary and second symptoms simultaneously.The treatment should be dredging channels and harmonizing blood,regulating the spirit,and warming spleen and kidney.The program has certain advantages in improving physical movement,sensation,and can improve patients′quality of life.
