脾虚型慢性腹泻患者应用矩阵针灸治疗的效果观察

Effects of Matrix Acupuncture in Treatment of Patients with Chronic Diarrhea of Spleen Deficiency

目的观察脾虚型慢性腹泻患者应用矩阵针灸治疗的效果。方法选取医院90例脾虚型慢性腹泻患者,分为常规组(参苓白术片常规药物治疗)、研究组(矩阵针灸治疗),每组45例。对比两组治疗后1个月的效果。结果两组治疗前的临床症状对比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而治疗后1个月两组临床症状均优于治疗前(均P<0.05),且研究组食欲减退、腹泻及食后腹胀等症状改善优于常规组(均P<0.05),而两组舌象、脉象、神疲懒言、肢体倦怠改善情况对比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(100.00%,45/45)高于常规组(82.22%,37/45)(χ^(2)=8.47,P<0.05)。结论相比胃肠安丸等常规药物治疗,应用矩阵针灸治疗脾虚型慢性腹泻患者的临床疗效更为理想,能够明显缓解患者食欲减退、腹泻、腹泻等症状,临床上值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective To observe the effects of matrix acupuncture in the treatment of patients with chronic diarrhea of spleen deficiency.Methods Ninety patients with chronic diarrhea of spleen deficiency type in the hospital were selected and divided into the routine group[the routine drug treatment of Shenling Baizhu Tablet(参苓白术片)]and the study group(matrix acupuncture),with 45 cases in each group.The effects of the two groups were compared one month after treatment.Results There were no significant differences in clinical symptoms between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05),and 1 month after treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were better than those before treatment(all P<0.05).The improving symptoms of loss of appetite,diarrhea,abdominal distention after eating and other symptoms in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(all P<0.05),while the improving aspects of tongue,pulse,fatigue and lassitude showed no significant difference between the two groups(all P>0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group(100.00%,45/45)were higher than that in the conventional group(82.22%,37/45)(χ^(2)=8.47,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional drugs such as Weichang'an Pill(胃肠安丸),the clinical effect of matrix acupuncture on chronic diarrhea patients with spleen deficiency is more ideal,which can significantly alleviate the symptoms of anorexia,diarrhea,diarrhea and so on,and is worthy of further promotion and application clinically.
