贵州省数字经济与乡村实体经济融合探究

Exploration of the Integration of Digital Economy and Rural Real Economy in Guizhou Province

2023年,中央一号文件提出“培育乡村新产业新业态,继续支持创建农业产业强镇、现代农业产业园、优势特色产业集群。为深入推进农业现代化示范区建设,实施数字经济赋能乡村振兴计划,推动乡村产业提质升级。”数字经济不仅可以促进宏观经济一般性增长,还可以促进全国统一大市场建设、弥补公共服务短板、提高政府服务能力和服务质量。然而,数字经济在促进乡村振兴融合发展中仍然存在一些困境与不足,面对利用数字经济推动乡村实体经济这一新的实践课题,本文将以乡村振兴的现实困境为出发点,以贵州省为例,深入剖析数字经济与乡村实体经济融合发展,从人才、资本、产业三个层面探讨数字经济赋能乡村振兴的内在逻辑,并在此基础上提出具体可行的以数字经济发展推动乡村全面振兴的实践路径,以供参考。

In 2023,the No.1 central document proposed that“it is necessary to cultivate new rural industries and new formats and continue to support the creation of strong agricultural towns,modern agricultural industrial parks,and advantageous characteristic industrial clusters.To further promote the construction of agricultural modernization demonstration areas,there is a need to implement the digital economy to empower the rural revitalization plan and promote the upgrading of rural industries.”Digital economy can not only promote the general growth of macro-economy but also facilitate the construction of a unifi ed national market,shore up the weak links of public services,and improve the government’s service capacity and service quality.However,there are still some diffi culties and shortcomings in promoting the integrated development of rural revitalization through the digital economy.Faced with the new practical issue of using the digital economy to promote rural revitalization,this paper will take the practical diffi culties of rural revitalization as the starting point,take Guizhou Province as an example to deeply analyze the integrated development of digital economy and rural revitalization,and explore the internal logic of digital economy empowering rural revitalization from the three aspects of talent,capital,and industry.On this basis,specifi c and feasible practical paths for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization through digital economy development will be proposed.
