多主体协同创新与区域经济韧性——基于空间溢出与门槛效应的实证检验

摘要 新常态下,增强区域经济韧性是应对外部冲击、推动经济高质量平稳发展的重要手段。为丰富经济韧性领域研究、创新提升区域经济韧性的路径,文章基于2010—2021年中国(除港澳台地区外)31个省、市、自治区的面板数据,运用空间杜宾模型和门槛回归模型对多主体协同创新与区域经济韧性之间的关系进行实证检验。结果表明:多主体协同创新能直接增强本地区经济韧性,且存在显著的空间溢出效应,能显著增强邻近地区的经济韧性;同时,政府控制在多主体协同创新对区域经济韧性的影响中存在单门槛效应。本研究有助于全面认识多主体协同创新作用机制,为中国在复杂多变的国际形势下加强经济韧性建设提供新思路。 Under the background of the new normal economy,enhancing the resilience of the regional economy is an important way to respond to external shocks and promote high-quality and stable economic development.To enrich the research on regional economic resilience and innovate the ways of improving regional economic resilience,based on the panel data of 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan from 2010 to 2021,this paper uses the spatial Durbin model and threshold regression model to empirically test the relationship between multi-agent collaborative innovation and regional economic resilience.The research shows that multi-agent collaborative innovation can directly enhance regional economic resilience and there is a signifi cant spatial spillover eff ect,which can signifi cantly enhance the economic resilience of neighboring regions.At the same time,government intervention has a single threshold eff ect while multi-agent collaborative innovation is infl uencing regional economic resilience.This study helps to comprehensively understand the mechanism of multi-agent collaborative innovation.Meanwhile,it provides new ideas for China to strengthen the development of economic resilience under the complex and volatile international situation.
