CA125、Alb、NLR联合检测诊断盆腔炎的灵敏度与特异度分析

Analysis of sensitivity and specificity of carbohydrate antigen 125,albumin and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio combined detection in diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨糖类抗原125(CA125)、白蛋白(Alb)、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)联合检测用于盆腔炎诊断的灵敏度和特异度。方法选取2020年6月至2023年6月因盆腔炎于芜湖市中医医院妇科住院的108例患者作为研究组,另选同期在同院健康体检的108例女性作为对照组。检测两组中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、Alb、CA125的水平,并计算NLR。采用Pearson相关性分析CA125、Alb、NLR之间的相关性,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析三者诊断盆腔炎的灵敏度和特异度。结果研究组CA125、NLR高于对照组,Alb低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清CA125、Alb、NLR两两之间均存在显著相关性(P<0.05);CA125、Alb、NLR联合诊断盆腔炎的曲线下面积(AUC)高于单独检测。结论血清CA125、Alb及NLR联合检测诊断盆腔炎的诊断价值高。

Objective To investigate the sensitivity and specificity of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),albumin(Alb),and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)combined detection in diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 108 patients hospitalized for pelvic inflammatory disease in the Department of Gynecology of Wuhu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study group.Additionally,108 healthy women underwent routine health check-ups at the same hospital during the same period were included as the control group.Levels of neutrophils,lymphocytes,Alb,and CA125 were detected,and NLR was calculated in both groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to assess the relationship between CA125,Alb,and NLR.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to analyze the sensitivity and specificity of the three markers for diagnosing pelvic inflammatory disease.Results In the study group,CA125 and NLR levels were higher,while Alb levels were lower compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed significant correlations between pairs of CA125,Alb,and NLR(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)for the combined diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory disease using CA125,Alb,and NLR was higher than that for single detection.Conclusions The combined detection of CA125,Alb,and NLR has high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory disease.
