女性婴儿尿标本收集装置的设计及应用

Design and Application of Urine Collection Device for Female Infants

目的:介绍一种女婴儿尿液标本收集装置,并探讨其在采集女婴尿液标本中的使用效果。方法:选取2022年9月~12月在本院新生儿科住院的女婴67例,随机分为2组,观察组34例,对照组33例。对照组采用集尿袋+无菌棉球采集尿标本;观察组采用女婴尿标本收集装置采集尿标本。对2组患儿尿标本的一次性采集成功率、成功采集时间及尿袋脱落率、大便污染率、尿量不足率进行比较。结果:观察组的一次性采集成功率比对照组高,成功采集花费的时间比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组的尿袋脱落率、尿标本受大便污染率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良女婴尿液标本收集装置具有成功率高、时间花费少等优点,且操作简便、患儿舒适度高,是一种较好的女婴非侵入性采集尿液标本的方法,有利于提高女婴尿液标本采集成功率。

Objective:To introduce a urine specimen collection device for female infants,and to explore its application effect in urine specimen collection of female infants.Methods:A total of 67 female infants hospitalized in the neonatology department of our hospital from September to December 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 34 cases in the experimental group and 33 cases in the control group.Urine samples of control group were collected by urine collection bag and sterile cotton ball.Urine samples of infant girls were collected by means of urine collection device in experimental group.The success rate of one-time collection of urine samples,the time of successful collection,the rate of urine bag shedding,the rate of insufficient urine volume,and the rate of stool contamination were compared between the two groups.Results:Experimental one-time acquisition success rate higher than the control group,the successful acquisition cost less time than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The rate of urine bag shedding and fecal contamination in test group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved infant urine specimen collection device has the advantages of high success rate,less time spent,and simple operation,high comfort,children are a good girl non-invasive methods of urine samples,is conducive to improve the success rate of baby urine specimen collection.
