计算机体层成像与磁共振鉴别诊断椎体压缩性骨折的意义

摘要 目的:诊断椎体压缩性骨折中采用计算机体层成像(CT)(飞利浦128排CT)与磁共振成像(MRI)(飞利浦Multiva1.5T)检查对其准确率进行分析。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年1月在本院就诊疑似为椎体压缩性骨折患者40例为研究对象,在以穿刺活检为前提下,对所有患者均进行CT以及MRI检测,并对其检测情况进行对比,并计算诊断效能(灵敏度、特异度、准确性等)。结果:以穿刺活检检查结果为本次研究金标准,阳性患者为32例,在对比MRI与CT不同诊断结果中,MRI检出率更高,此外MRI在特异度、灵敏度以及准确度的结果也比CT高,MRI与穿刺活检的结果比较符合,P<0.05。结论:CT和MRI在诊断椎体压缩性骨折方面是相辅相成的,可以提供更准确和全面的诊断结果,但MRI检查可以提供更高的诊断准确率。 Objective:To analyze the accuracy of CT(Philips 128-slice CT)and(Philips Multiva 1.5T)in the diagnosis of vertebral compression fractures.Methods:40 patients with suspected vertebral compression fractures who visited our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Under the premise of puncture biopsy,CT and MRI tests were performed on all patients,and their detection results were compared,and diagnostic efficacy(sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,etc.)was calculated.Results:Based on the results of puncture biopsy as the gold standard for this study,there were 32 positive patients.In comparing the different diagnostic results of MRI and CT,MRI had a higher detection rate.In addition,MRI had higher specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy than CT,and the results of MRI and puncture biopsy were consistent with each other,P<0.05.Conclusion:CT and MRI are complementary in diagnosing vertebral compression fractures and can provide more accurate and comprehensive diagnostic results.But MRI examination can provide higher diagnostic accuracy.
