分析锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的应用效果

To Analyze the Effect of Clavicular Hook Plate in the Treatment of Distal Clavicular Fracture and Acromioclavicular Dislocation

目的:探讨对锁骨远端骨折以及肩锁关节脱位患者采用锁骨钩钢板完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法:选取2019年4月~2023年3月本院收治的66例锁骨远端骨折以及肩锁关节脱位患者作为研究对象。以投掷硬币法作为治疗研究分组依据,对所有锁骨远端骨折以及肩锁关节脱位患者进行不同组别划分;其中施以克氏针固定治疗的设为对照组(n=33);施以锁骨钩钢板治疗的设为观察组(n=33);对比两组患者的手术指标、肩关节功能评分、并发症表现以及炎性因子水平。结果:观察组锁骨远端骨折以及肩锁关节脱位患者手术指标、肩关节功能评分、并发症表现以及炎性因子水平同对照组比较,结果呈现出显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床对锁骨远端骨折以及肩锁关节脱位患者在治疗期间,锁骨钩钢板疗法的有效应用,可将患者的手术指标、肩关节功能评分、并发症表现以及炎性因子水平有效改善。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of clavicular hook plate in patients with distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation.Methods:66 patients with distal clavicle fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients with distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation were divided into different groups based on coin tossing.The control group(n=33)was treated with Kirschner needle.The observation group treated with clavicular hook plate was set up(n=33).The surgical indexes,shoulder joint function scores,complications and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:Surgical indexes,shoulder joint function scores,complications and inflammatory factors of patients with distal clavicle fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation in the observation group were compared with those in the control group,and the results showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of patients with distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation,the effective application of clavicular hook plate therapy can effectively improve the surgical indicators,shoulder joint function scores,complications and inflammatory factors of patients.
