骨质疏松治疗仪辅助经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者临床效果观察

摘要 目的:探究骨质疏松治疗仪辅助经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者的临床效果。方法:纳入2021年7月~2023年7月苏州大学第一附属人民医院收治的102例骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各51例。两组均行PVP,观察组联合骨质疏松治疗仪治疗。比较两组疼痛程度、椎体高度、Cobb角、脊柱功能、日常生活能力。结果:对比两组治疗前疼痛程度、椎体高度、Cobb角、脊柱功能、日常生活能力,P>0.05;较对照组,观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低,椎体中线及前缘高度高,Cobb角小,日本骨科协会评估表(JOA)评分高,Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分低,改良巴塞尔指数(MBI)评分高,P<0.05。结论:骨质疏松治疗仪辅助PVP治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者能够减轻疼痛,改善脊柱功能,提高生活能力。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of osteoporosis treatment instrument assisted percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures.Methods:102 patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures admitted to the First Affiliated People’s Hospital of Suzhou University from July 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group,using a random number table method.Both groups were treated with PVP,while the observation group was treated with a combined osteoporosis treatment device.Compare the degree of pain,vertebral height,Cobb angle,spinal function,and daily living ability between two groups.Results:Compare the degree of pain,vertebral height,Cobb angle,spinal function,and daily living ability between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,higher midline and anterior vertebral height,smaller Cobb angle,higher scores on the Japanese Orthopedic Association Assessment(JOA),lower scores on the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)questionnaire,and higher scores on the Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scale after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Osteoporosis treatment equipment assisted with PVP can alleviate pain,improve spinal function,and enhance living ability in patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures.
