医疗器械因其复杂性而需遵守严格的安全管理标准。目前,很多医院正在进行信息化建设的过程中,这有利于优化管理耗材的个性条码。但如果仅在医院耗材管理过程中覆盖这一编码,不利于向生产单位和经营单位以及患者等方面进行全面延伸。当前医院不断推进医疗器械唯一标识(UDI)系统的应用,有利于医疗机构耗材的精细化管理。根据UDI建立供给-加工-配送(SPD)耗材精细化控制模式,有利于在医疗机构中顺利落实UDI编码工作,弥补传统耗材管理过程中的不足之处。通过实施UDI,有利于精准性地识别和记录医疗器械流通环节和使用环节,有利于全面追溯管理医疗企业的整个生命周期。医疗机构收到耗材之后,通过扫描UDI码入库,有利于保障耗材管理的规范性。临床科室在消耗阶段,通过在中心库中领用耗材,在出库单中也包含耗材UDI码,可以向具体患者追溯该耗材。文章主要分析了基于UDI的医疗机构耗材管理SPD解决方案,旨在对于实际工作提供参考,将UDI编码顺利导入到我国各类医疗机构的耗材管理工作中,保障整体工作质量,从而提高整体工作效率。

Medical devices are very complex and require strict safety management standards.Many hospitals utilize information technology to optimize the management of personalized barcodes for consumables.However,only covering this code in the hospital’s consumables management process is not conducive to comprehensive extension to production units,business units,and patients.The current hospital is continuously promoting the application of the Unique Identification System(UDI)for medical devices,which is conducive to the refined management of consumables in medical institutions.According to the UDI supervision SPD consumables refinement control mode,it is conducive to the smooth implementation of UDI coding work in medical institutions,making up for the shortcomings in traditional consumables management processes.By implementing UDI,it is beneficial to accurately identify and record the circulation and use of medical devices,and to comprehensively trace and manage the entire lifecycle of medical enterprises.After receiving consumables,medical institutions scan the UDI code to store them in the warehouse,which is conducive to ensuring the standardization of consumables management.During the consumption stage,clinical departments can trace the consumables to specific patients by collecting them from the central warehouse and including the UDI code in the delivery note.This article mainly analyzes the SPD solution for consumables management in medical institutions based on UDI,which serves as a reference for practical work.The UDI code is smoothly imported into the consumables management work of various medical institutions in China,ensuring the overall quality of work and improving overall work efficiency.
