公立医院医疗设备采购重要环节风险防控探究——以安徽医科大学附属阜阳医院为例

Research on Risk Prevention and Control in an Important Link of Medical Equipment Procurement in Public Hospitals——Take the Fuyang Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University as an Example

从医疗设备采购廉洁风险防控角度入手,梳理采购各环节风险点及薄弱环节,通过健全管理制度、部门之间相互牵制、岗位职责划分,构建流程规范、权责清晰、监管有效的管理体系,实现加强设备采购风险防范与采购重要环节的目的。

From the perspective of clean risk prevention and control of medical equipment procurement,the risk points and weak links of procurement are sorted out,and a management system with standardized process,clear rights and responsibilities and effective supervision is constructed through a sound management system,mutual restraint between departments and the division of post responsibilities,so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the risk prevention and important links of equipment procurement.
