腔镜器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Endoscopic Instruments Brought into the Centralized Management of Disinfection Supply Center

目的:分析将腔镜器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理的效果与价值。方法:取2019年1月~12月本院未将腔镜器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理期间的120件腔镜器械作为对照组,将2020年1月~12月本院将腔镜器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理后的120件腔镜器械作为观察组,对比分析两组腔镜器械的实际管理效果。结果:观察组与对照组腔镜器械清洗合格率分别为97.5%、81.7%,包装合格率分别为95.8%、80.0%,灭菌合格率分别为99.2%、83.3%,经统计学分析后可知,与对照组腔镜器械相比观察组腔镜器械的清洗、包装、灭菌合格率均显著较高,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05。腔镜器械使用人员对观察组满意度显著高于对照组,且观察组使用腔镜器械导致感染情况出现的概率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在实施腔镜器械管理的过程中将其纳入消毒供应中心集中管理的范围之内可以提高其清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率,在临床使用腔镜器械的过程中更加的安全、可靠,有助于减少交叉感染的可能性,获得腔镜使用人员较高的满意率。

Objective:To analyze the effect and value of centralized management of endoscope instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of 120 endoscopic instruments that were not included in the centralized management of the disinfection supply center in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and 120 endoscopic instruments that were included in the centralized management of the disinfection supply center in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group.The actual management effects of the two groups of endoscopic instruments were compared and analyzed.Results:The qualified cleaning rates of endoscopic instruments in the observation group and the control group were 97.5%and 81.7%,respectively.The qualified packaging rates were 95.8%and 80.0%,and the qualified sterilization rates were 99.2%and 83.3%,respectively.After statistical analysis,it was found that the qualified cleaning,packaging,and sterilization rates of endoscopic instruments in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.The satisfaction of the observation group with the use of endoscopic instruments was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the probability of infection caused by the use of endoscopic instruments in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the process of endoscope equipment management,the inclusion of endoscope equipment into the scope of centralized management in the disinfection supply center can improve the qualified rate of cleaning,packaging and sterilization,and make the clinical use of endoscope equipment safer and more reliable,help reduce the possibility of cross infection,and obtain a high satisfaction rate of endoscope users.
