输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石患者的效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Under Ureteroscope in the Treatment of Upper Ureteral Calculi

目的:分析输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石患者的效果。方法:选取2021年2月~2022年3月本院诊治的64例输尿管上段结石患者,随机分为2组,对照组采用输尿管硬镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,研究组采用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗,对比分析两组输尿管结石患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者的手术时间接近(P>0.05);研究组患者住院时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组一次清除成功率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石患者具有良好的效果,相较于输尿管硬镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,可提高一次清除成功率,减少术中出血量及术后并发症,建议在输尿管上段结石治疗中优先选用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods:64 patients with ureteral calculi in our hospital from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsis,and the study group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsis,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The operation time of the two groups was close(P>0.05).The hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of single clearance in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy has a good effect on the treatment of patients with upper ureteral calculi.Compared with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,it can improve the success rate of one time removal,reduce intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications,so it is recommended to be preferred in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.
