雾化吸入联合机械辅助排痰在脑出血气管切开患者中的应用

Application of Atomizing Inhalation Combined with Mechanical Assisted Sputum Drainage in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Undergoing Tracheotomy

目的:研究分析雾化吸入联合机械辅助排痰在脑出血气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月~2023年3月本院收治的脑出血气管切开患者40例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予雾化吸入治疗,观察组实施雾化吸入联合机械辅助排痰方法治疗,比较两组脑出血气管切开患者治疗前后的PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、心率、呼吸、心理状态、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组的PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、心率、呼吸明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑出血气管切开患者采用雾化吸入联合机械辅助排痰治疗有助于改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量,提升治疗效果。

Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of atomization inhalation combined with mechanical assisted sputum drainage in patients with cerebral hemorrhage tracheotomy.Methods:40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given atomization inhalation treatment,and the observation group was given atomization inhalation combined with mechanical assisted sputum drainage treatment.PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),heart rate,respiration,mental state and quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),heart rate and respiration in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atomizing inhalation combined with mechanically assisted sputum drainage for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the psychological state of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
