多层螺旋CT结合3.0T磁共振对胆囊癌的诊断与鉴别诊断价值研究

Multi-Slice Spiral CT Combined with 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Imaging in the Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Gallbladder Carcinoma

目的:分析多层螺旋CT结合3.0T磁共振对胆囊癌的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取本院2021年1月~2023年1月80例胆囊癌患者作为观察对象,所有患者均予以多层螺旋CT、3.0T磁共振检查,按照检查方法不同,分为对照组(CT检查)和观察组(CT、磁共振联合检查),以病理结果为“金标准”,比较效果。结果:观察组诊断准确性高于对照组,误诊率、漏诊率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床分期诊断符合率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组转移及侵袭器官分布诊断符合率高于对照组(P<0.05);胆囊癌CT影像学特点以胆囊边缘清晰、胆囊形态无明显增大或增大、菜花样肿块为主,胆囊癌MRI影像学特点以腔内结节、肿块、厚壁型为主。结论:CT、磁共振联合检查在胆囊癌诊断中应用价值更高。

Objective:To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT combined with 3.0T magnetic resonance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder cancer.Methods:80 patients with gallbladder cancer in our hospital from January 2021 to January 23 were selected as observation objects.All patients were examined by multi-slice spiral CT and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging.According to different examination methods,they were divided into control group(CT examination)and observation group(combined CT and magnetic resonance examination),with pathological results as the“gold standard”to compare the effect.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of clinical stage diagnosis in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The diagnosis coincidence rate of metastatic and invasive organ distribution in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The CT imaging features of gallbladder carcinoma were mainly clear gallbladder margin,no obvious or enlarged gallbladder shape,and vegetable mass.The MRI imaging features of gallbladder carcinoma were mainly luminal nodules,masses,and thick-wall type.Conclusion:CT and MRI combined examination is more valuable in the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer.
