摘要
官厅水库位于永定河河北省与北京市交界处,坝址位于河北省怀来县境内,是我国解放后修建的第1座大型水库,建库以来,入库泥沙量较大,入库泥沙几乎全部淤积在水库中,总量达6.56亿m3。根据官厅水库淤积情况分析,清淤试点工程采用水力清淤工艺设备,将拦门沙坎和漏斗区的底泥清除出库,同时在永定河库区重金属重度危害区对底泥进行惰化和处置,并消除输水泄洪洞前泄洪建筑物的安全隐患,以达到清除库底淤积、腾空调洪库容、清除库区污染的多重目的。官厅水库清淤试点工程方案可以为库区二、三期清淤工程及同类水库清淤与资源化利用的模式提供参考。
Guanting Reservoir is located at the junction of Yongding River,Hebei Province and Beijing City.The dam site is located in Huailai County,Hebei Province.It is the first large reservoir built after the liberation of China.Since the construction of the reservoir,the amount of sediment in the reservoir is large,and the sediment in the reservoir is almost all deposited in the reservoir.The total amount is 656 million m'.According to the analysis of the deposition of Guanting Reservoir,the dredging pilot project adopts hydraulic dredging process equipment to remove the sediment from the barrage and funnel area.At the same time,the sediment is inerted and disposed in the heavy metal hazard area of Yongku Reser-voir,and the hidden danger of flood discharge buildings in front of the water conveyance and flood dis-charge tunnel is eliminated,so as to achieve the multiple purposes of removing the deposition at the bot-tom of the reservoir,emptying the flood storage capacity and removing the pollution in the reservoir area.The scheme of dredging pilot project of Guanting Reservoir can solve the urgent problems of flood control,water resources connectivity and water quality safety caused by long-term sedimentation in the reservoir area,and provide reference for the mode of dredging and resource utilization of similar reservoirs.
