做好“人工智能+”市域社会治理应用场景创新工作

Making Innovation of Application Scenario of"Artificial Intelligence+"in Municipal Social Governance

基于当前全球范围内迅速发展的人工智能技术状况以及人类历史技术进步基础上的城市演化与社会治理创新规律,我国需要在市域社会治理领域开展“人工智能+”场景应用创新。当前,推动数字变革和创新市域社会治理,需加快创新人工智能在市域社会治理领域的应用场景及相关数据和算力研究,加强人工智能基础设施和大模型开发,为市域社会治理现代化提供技术引领。尤其是促进通用人工智能在社会领域的应用,开发适合于市域社会治理的垂直模型,使“人工智能+”落地市域社会治理领域,进一步提升市域社会治理智能化现代化水平。

Considering the current rapid global development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology and the laws of urban evolution and social governance innovation based on technological progress in human history,China needs to carry out the innovation of application scenario of"Artificial Intelligence+"in the field of municipal social governance.At present,to promote digital transformation and innovative municipal social governance,China must accelerate the research on the application scenarios of innovative AI in the field of municipal social governance and related data and arithmetic,strengthen the development of AI infrastructure and large-scale models,provide technical guidance for the modernization of municipal social governance.In particular,China needs to promote the application of general artificial intelligence in the social field,develop vertical models suitable for municipal social governance,to make it possible for the"artificial intelligence+"to be applied in municipal social governance,and further upgrade the intelligence and modernization level of municipal social governance.
