中国供应链生态系统发展质量提升机制研究

摘要 基于2010-2020年G20国家的面板数据,运用OLS回归模型和Driscoll-Kraay标准差固定效应模型,从空间格局综合视角探讨中国供应链生态系统发展质量提升的驱动因素及其作用机制。研究结果表明:中国供应链生态系统环境监管存在明显的滞后效应,提高技术水平与制度水平是实现中国供应链生态系统发展质量提升的有效手段;中国供应链生态系统环境监管的滞后效应在监管内因、外因、功能3个层面呈现出显著的空间异质性特征。机制检验表明,提高技术水平与制度水平能够通过数字驱动增长效应和协同创新攀升效应两条路径来促进中国供应链生态系统发展质量提升,实现供应链治理能力现代化目标。 Based on the panel data of G20 countries from 2010 to 2020,this paper uses OLS regression model and Driscol-Kraay standard deviation fixed effect model to explore the driving factors and mechanism of improving the development quality of China’s supply chain ecosystem from a comprehensive perspective of spatial pattern.The results show that the environmental supervision of China’s supply chain ecosystem has obvious lag effect,and improving the technical level and institutional level is an effective means to improve the development quality of China’s supply chain ecosystem.The lag effect of China’s supply chain ecosystem environmental regulation shows significant spatial heterogeneity in three aspects:internal,external and functional.The mechanism test shows that the improvement of technology level and system level can promote the improvement of the development quality of China’s supply chain ecosystem and realize the modernization of supply chain governance capacity through the two paths of digital-driven growth effect and collaborative innovation climbing effect.
