科技公共服务与企业高质量发展转型:基于数字化视角

Science and technology public services and enterprise high-quality transformation:Perspective from digitization

摘要 深入推进数字化转型是企业高质量发展的主要路径和重要抓手。在数字经济时代背景下,以企业数字化转型为研究视角,基于2013-2022年沪深A股上市企业样本,实证检验科技公共服务质量对企业数字化转型的影响。研究发现:科技公共服务质量的提高对企业数字化转型呈现显著正向影响;科技公共服务质量对企业数字化转型的影响因企业产权性质、所处行业、所处地区差异有所不同,企业数字化转型并非“发达省域”的游戏;提高科技公共服务质量主要通过有效缓解企业融资约束、修正管理层短视和提升创新能力进而促进企业数字化转型,实现企业高质量发展。 Deepening digital transformation is the main path and important hand of enterprise high-quality development.In the context of the digital economy,this paper takes the enterprise digital transformation as the research perspective,empirically examines the influence of science and technology public services quality on the enterprise digital transformation,utilizing data from A-share listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets during the period 2013 to 2022.The study findings reveal that the enhancement of science and technology public services quality significantly and positively influences enterprise digital transformation.The influence of science and technology public services quality on enterprise digital transformation varies based on differences in enterprise ownership,industry,and geographic location.Enterprise digital transformation is not solely confined to prosperous regions.Improving science and technology public services quality is mainly achieved by effectively alleviating the financing constraints of enterprises,rectifying managerial myopia,enhancing innovation capabilities,which in turn facilitates the enterprise digital transformation and realizes high-quality development of enterprises.
