本体感受神经肌肉促进技术结合智能上肢多功能磨砂板训练对脑卒中患者上肢功能的影响

Effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques combined with intelligent upper limb multifunctional frosting board training on upper limb function in stroke patients

摘要 目的 分析本体感受神经肌肉促进(PNF)技术结合智能上肢多功能磨砂板训练对脑卒中患者上肢功能的影响。方法 选取2021年6月至2023年3月浙江省丽水市中心医院120例脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组、智能组、PNF技术组,以及联合组,各30例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,智能组给予常规康复治疗+智能上肢多功能磨砂板治疗,PNF技术组给予常规康复治疗+PNF技术治疗,联合组采用常规康复治疗+PNF技术+智能上肢多功能磨砂板。比较四组治疗前后改良Ashworth痉挛量表(MAS)、Brunnstrom六期评估量表(BRS)、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能(FMA-UL)及改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分。结果 治疗后,四组屈肘肌MAS分级分布均较治疗前改善,但治疗后各组间MAS分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,四组BRS、FMA-UL和MBI评分高于治疗前,且四组间BRS、FMA-UL和MBI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于脑卒中患者而言,采用PNF技术结合智能上肢多功能磨砂板治疗可有效促进患者上肢及整体运动能力的恢复,改善日常生活活动能力。 Objective To analyze the effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) techniques combined with intelligent upper limb multifunctional frosting board training on upper limb function in stroke patients.Methods A total of120 stroke patients in Lishui Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into control group,intelligence group,PNF techniques group and combination group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,the intelligence group received conventional rehabilitation treatment + intelligent upper limb multifunctional scrub board treatment,the PNF techniques group received conventional rehabilitation treatment + PNF techniques treatment,and the combined group received conventional rehabilitation treatment + PNF techniques + intelligent upper limb multifunctional frosting board training.The modified Ashworth scale(MAS),Brunnstrom recovery stages(BRS),Fugl-Meyer motor assessment of upper limb(FMA-UL) and modified Barthel index(MBI) were compared.Results After treatment,MAS grading distribution of elbow flexor muscle in all four groups were improved compared with those before treatment,but there was no statistical significance in MAS grading comparison among all groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the BRS,FMA-UL and MBI scores of the four groups were higher than those before treatment,and the BRS,FMA-UL and MBI scores of the four group were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients,the use of PNF techniques combined with intelligent upper limb multifunctional frosting board can effectively promote the recovery of patients' upper limb and overall motor ability,and improve the ability of daily living activities.
