基于文献计量学探讨国内外视网膜色素变性的治疗现状

Discussion of current status of domestic and international retinitis pigmentosa treatment based on bibliometrics

目的 基于文献计量学梳理总结国内外视网膜色素变性治疗的研究现状。方法 通过检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集(WOS)数据库2003年1月至2023年9月视网膜色素变性治疗的相关文献,利用Cite Space 6.2.R4结合VOSviewer 1.6.18对其发文量、所在国家、共被引文献、关键词等进行分析。结果 发文量及作者、国家分析:WOS纳入3 322篇,发文量呈上升趋势,CNKI纳入276篇,发文量平稳;彭清华、彭俊及Jacobson Samuel G、Maclaren Robert E是发文量最多的作者;美国、英国、中国是发文量最多的国家。治疗相关关键词共现及聚类分析:WOS中关键词主要聚类关于细胞及基因治疗、视网膜假体,CNKI中关键词主要聚类除却紧跟现代医学的研究方向外,侧重关于传统中医及针灸中药对视网膜色素变性患者视力改善、用药规律及治疗相关机制研究等。关键词突现分析:WOS中基因治疗相关的关键词贯穿始终,CNKI中关键词包括用药规律、单味药研究,也有紧跟现代医学的研究如基因治疗等。结论 可视化分析展示了国内外干预视网膜色素变性的研究脉络,细胞及基因治疗基本已迈入临床试验阶段,相关研究不断扩大,中医对视网膜色素变性治疗更加规律化,且有待进一步深入研究。

Objective To review and summarize the study status of domestic and international retinitis pigmentosa treatment through bibliometric analysis.Methods Literatures related to retinitis pigmentosa treatment from January 2003 to September 2023 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI) and Web of Science Core Collection(WOS) databases.Cite Space 6.2.R4 and VOSviewer 1.6.18 were used to analyze publication trends,authorship,countries,cited references,and keywords.Results Analysis of the number of publications,authors and countries revealed that:WOS included 3 322 papers,and the number of publications showed an upward trend,while CNKI included 276 papers,and the number of published papers was stable.Peng Qinghua,Peng Jun,Jacobson Samuel G,and Maclaren Robert E being prolific authors.The United States,the United Kingdom,and China with the highest number of publications.Keyword co-occurrence showed keywords centered on cell and gene therapy,retinal prostheses in WOS.In addition to keeping up with the research direction of modern medicine,while keywords focused on traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,Chinese herbal medicine,the rule of medication,and the related mechanism of treatment,etc.in CNKI.Burst analysis found sustained gene therapy-related keywords in WOS,with CNKI featuring medication rule,single herb research,and modern medical research like gene therapy.Conclusion Visualization presented the retinitis pigmentosa research landscape.Cell and gene therapy advance to clinical trials,expanding research.Traditional Chinese medicine shows a standardized approach to retinitis pigmentosa treatment,warranting exploration.
