凯格尔训练护理模式联合他达拉非治疗勃起功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical study of Kegel training nursing model combined with Tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction

目的 探讨凯格尔训练护理模式联合他达拉非治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍的临床效果。方法 选择2020年6月至2022年6月湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州民族医院泌尿外科就诊的82例勃起功能障碍患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为药物组、联合组,每组41例。药物组口服他达拉非,联合组在药物组的基础上进行凯格尔训练,治疗2个月。比较两组治疗前后勃起硬度评分(EHS)、国际勃起功能指数问卷(IIEF)评分;比较两组满意度。结果 治疗后,两组EHS高于治疗前,且联合组高于药物组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IIEF评分高于治疗前,且联合组高于药物组(P<0.05)。联合组满意度优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论 凯格尔训练联合他达拉非治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍临床效果好,患者满意度高,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kegel training nursing model combined with Tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.Methods A total of 82 patients with erectile dysfunction from Department of Urology Surgery,Ethnic Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei Province from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected.They were divided into drug group and combination group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The drug group received Tadalafil orally,and the combination group received Kegel training on the basis of drug group,and treated for two months.The erectile hardness score(EHS),international index of erectile function questionnaire(IIEF) score before and after treatment were compared between two groups;the satisfaction was compared between two groups.Results After treatment,EHS of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of combination group were higher than those of drug group(P<0.05).IIEF scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of combination group were higher than those of drug group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of combination group was better than that of drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kegel training combined with Tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction has good better effect and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
