摘要
目的 探究主观整体营养评估护理在食管癌放疗患者中的临床应用效果。方法 选取江苏省淮安市第一人民医院2020年4月至2022年7月接收的110例食管癌放疗患者作为观察对象。按照01~110例顺序编号,参照组(单数)55例采取常规康复护理措施,干预组(双数)55例采取主观整体营养评估护理措施,于干预前、干预4周后,观察并比较两组癌因疲乏、营养指数、并发症等指标。结果 干预4周后,两组癌因疲乏评分低于干预前,且干预组低于参照组(P<0.05);干预4周后,两组营养指数均高于干预前,且干预组高于参照组(P<0.05);干预组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 主观整体营养评估护理干预可减轻食管癌放疗患者癌因疲乏程度,维持机体各项营养指标正常,并降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of subjective holistic assessment nutrition nursing in patients with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients receiving radiotherapy for esophageal cancer in Huaian First People's Hospital from April2020 to July 2022 were selected as the observation objects.01-110 cases were numbered in sequence,55 cases in the reference group(singular)took routine rehabilitation nursing measures,and 55 cases in the intervention group(even number) took subjective holistic nutrition assessment nursing measures.Before intervention and four weeks after intervention,cancer fatigue,nutrition index,complications and other indicators were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After four weeks of intervention,the cancer fatigue scores of the two groups were lower than that before intervention,and the score of the intervention group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After four weeks of intervention,the nutritional indexs of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the intervention group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complication in the intervention group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Subjective overall nutrition assessment nursing intervention can reduce the degree of esophageal cancer radiotherapy patients,maintain the normal nutritional indicators,and reduce the rate of complications.
