团队护理管理模式在急性会厌炎患者中的应用效果

Application effect of team nursing management mode in patients with acute epiglottitis

目的 分析团队护理管理模式在急性会厌炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月中国人民解放军空军军医大学第一附属医院急诊科收治的102例急性会厌炎患者为研究对象,所有患者以红蓝球随机法分为对照组和试验组,每组51例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组实施团队护理管理。比较两组救治成功率、病情转归时间、住院时间;比较两组护理前后白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(NEUT)、淋巴细胞计数(LC)、血小板计数(PLT)水平;比较两组并发症总发生率、护理满意度。结果 试验组救治成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组病情转归时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组WBC、NEUT、LC、PLT水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对急性会厌炎患者实施团队护理管理模式,可有效提高患者的救治成功率,并提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of team nursing management mode in patients with acute epiglottitis.Methods A total of102 patients with acute epiglottitis admitted to Department of Emergency,the First Affiliated Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by red and blue balls random method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and experimental group implemented team nursing management.The success rate of treatment,prognosis time,and hospital stay of two groups were compared;the levels of white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(NEUT),lymphocyte count(LC),and platelet count(PLT) before and after nursing were compared between two groups;and the total incidence of complication and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The success rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The prognosis time and hospital stay of experimental group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC,NEUT,LC,and PLT in two groups were lower than before treatment,and those in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complication in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of team nursing management mode for patients with acute epiglottitis can effectively improve the success rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction.
